Andrew Gross, Esquire of Hunt & Gross, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida invited Property One Realty associates to review the changes to the new FAR/BAR Residential Contract revised in August, 2013. This is the most commonly used contract in the state of Florida, and in Boca Raton. Part of Property One Realty’s team participated in the discussions to avoid legal pitfalls, to reach the successful closing of homes, free of worries and delays.
This was the second seminar given by Andrew Gross. He graciously reviewed the preparation of closing HUD statements to Property One Realty’s associates over the past summer.
