Broken Sound Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida has increased it’s Equity Membership Initiation Fee . This increase is due to a surge in home sales over the past two years with golf memberships becoming the number one option of incoming members. The club has reached its capacity for golf memberships at the Club Course and has now instituted “The Club Course Member in Waiting Program (CCMIW).”
