The “Season” has begun in Boca Raton
The snowbirds are here in Boca Raton. For the newcomers who haven’t been around when “season” arrives, they will know something is different, just from all the traffic. Now is the time when we need to arrive on time, we must add at least 10-15 minutes, onto our driving time.
The warmer winter weather in Boca Raton and south Florida, brings the snowbirds and the tourists here to vacation. Don’t forget that now you need to make a dinner reservation or be prepared to wait at your favorite restaurant.
One of the biggest surprises will be the reduced home inventory, which has led to higher prices in the Boca Raton real estate market. Palm Beach County Real Estate Update
Economics is based on supply and demand, as we all know. This philosphy follows with the sale of REAL ESTATE. Palm Beach County is considered a healthy housing market, and inventory was running low. Most Realtors have informed their clients that this is the right time to sell “since the supply is low, and the demand is high”. The other part to this formula is interest rates, that are not at an all time low, but certainly considered low by most people.

Property One Realty Agents Hold Seminar to Discuss new FAR/BAR contract
Andrew Gross, Esquire of Hunt & Gross, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida invited Property One Realty associates to review the changes to the new FAR/BAR Residential Contract revised in August, 2013. This is the most commonly used contract in the state of Florida, and in Boca Raton. Part of Property One Realty’s team participated in the discussions to avoid legal pitfalls, to reach the successful closing of homes, free of worries and delays.
This was the second seminar given by Andrew Gross. He graciously reviewed the preparation of closing HUD statements to Property One Realty’s associates over the past summer.
Education is an important part of being a Realtor, and Property One Realty believes the “professionals” need to be aware of current laws and amendments.
